Christian Marangi d5b41ff34f generic: move Qcom SNAND driver to backports
Add patch to fix Qcom SNAND driver and move the SNAND patches to
backports directory as they are shared between qualcommax and qualcommbe
target.

Subject: [PATCH 4/4] mtd: rawnand: qcom: use FIELD_PREP and GENMASK
Use the bitfield macro FIELD_PREP, and GENMASK to
do the shift and mask in one go. This makes the code
more readable.
