Rework for tl-wdr6500 v6

* offical firmware mac addr: 0x1b80d
   offical firmware art data addr: 0x1c000, 0x1d000

   if you are the first time to flash lede firmware,
   please copy 64kb mac and art data to the end of flash

   erase 0x9f7f0000 +0x10000
   cp.b 0x80060000 0x9f01b000 0x10000
   cp.b 0x9f7f0000 0x80060000 0x10000

   new mac addr: 0x7f080d
   new art data addr: 0x7f1000, 0x7f2000
